這是Ed新專裡面的一首歌，他在這張專輯裡的兩首主打的風格都跟以往有些不同，但是我還是比較喜歡這種比較抒情柔和的調子。
這首是在講很多人都常常會有的心境：我們幫助了別人，卻把自己推下深淵；而那個被我們幫助的人，卻在我們需要時選擇無視。
哀傷的歌詞配上溫柔的調子，更令人產生共鳴。
